We are dedicated to creating a loving home for senior dogs and we strive to make the rest of their life the best of their life.
We are committed to helping and being a voice for the most needy among our community's most vulnerable creatures. At Second Chance Ranch, no dog will ever be in a kennel or crate — every resident has dedicated space to roam, rest, and feel at home.
Founded by Tracy Rumpf, co-founder of The Wet Nose Project, our ranch in High Ridge, Missouri is a 114-year-old farmhouse rechristened as a sanctuary for senior dogs who have been abandoned, lost their owners, or been surrendered because their owners have gone into assisted living or hospice.
